夏至是二十四节气中的第十个节气，通常在每年6月21日或22日。这一天北半球白昼最长、黑夜最短，标志着盛夏的来临。古人认为此时“阳气”达到极致，万物繁茂生长。民间有吃夏至面、祭神祈福等习俗，寓意驱暑纳凉，祈求丰收安康。
